The Junior Olympic Archery Development, also known as JOAD, and Adult Achievement Programs are a club-based program designed for athletes of all ages and experience levels. From beginner to advanced, athletes receive in-depth training on the shot process. Sessions begin with warm-up stretching followed by games that target specific parts of the shot process or other activities. Athletes work together, teaching and evaluating each other, promoting hands-on learning and better understanding of how the shot process works. Achievement Awards are given for progression through achieving a minimum score on various targets.
